Third-Party Products

Techneto Corp. d/b/a Neto (“Neto”) incorporates third-party products and services into its software-as-a-service platform (the “Services”). This page identifies those products and links to their applicable terms. By using the Services, you acknowledge that your use may be subject to the terms of these third-party providers.
This document is incorporated by reference into the Neto Software as a Service Agreement. Capitalized terms not defined herein have the meanings given in that Agreement.
Current Third-Party Products
The following third-party products are currently integrated into the Services:
1. Twilio
Twilio provides voice and SMS communication infrastructure used to route and deliver calls and messages through the Agent.

2. Telnyx
Telnyx provides telecommunications infrastructure including voice and messaging services used in connection with the Services.

3. OpenAI
OpenAI provides artificial intelligence and language model services used to power the Agent’s conversational capabilities.

4. Stripe
Stripe provides payment processing services used to manage subscription billing, usage credit purchases, and payment method management.

Customer Obligations
Customer is solely responsible for reviewing the terms of use for each third-party product listed above, as well as any amendments or updates to those terms, and for complying with such terms to the extent applicable to Customer’s use of the Services.
Customer shall also be required to comply with the terms of use of any additional Third-Party Products incorporated into the Services in the future. Neto will update this page when new third-party products are added and will provide notice to customers in accordance with the Agreement.
Updates
Neto reserves the right to add, remove, or replace Third-Party Products from time to time. When Neto adds a new Third-Party Product that is material to the Services, Neto will update this page and notify customers in accordance with the notice provisions of the Agreement.
