How it works
A commitment plan is a quarterly prepayment that buys your usage at a lower, locked-in rate.
Plans are quarterly commitments that auto-renew each quarter.
Pay your tier's quarterly minimum upfront at the start of each quarter.
That payment prepays your usage at your tier's locked-in rate.
Usage beyond the prepaid minimum is billed at the same rate — never a cap.
Unused credits roll over within the quarter and reset at the start of each new one.
Rates shown are per voice AI minute. Quarterly minimums are paid upfront and prepay usage at the listed rate.

How transfer billing works
When your AI agent transfers a caller to a live human, billing switches from the Voice AI rate to the much lower Transfer rate the moment the human is connected.
