Leadership
Founding team.
AI advances by the day. We built Neto to keep pace.

David Ellis
Co-Founder & CEOBefore co-founding Neto, David's previous company managed telephony, contact center, and collaboration systems for Global 1000 enterprises, including many of the world's largest law firms. As Microsoft's Global Partner of the Year, that company built and operated the very infrastructure Neto is now built to replace.
David founded Neto to close a gap he'd watched enterprises tolerate for too long: the space between a customer reaching out and a business actually showing up. He is a practical innovator and a spiritually grounded leader who believes technology's highest purpose is to strengthen connection, not replace it. He sees this moment, the most consequential shift in human collaboration since the invention of writing, as a chance to help organizations show up for their customers as the best of themselves.

Akhil Tolani
Co-Founder & CTOBefore co-founding Neto, Akhil spent over a decade building at the edge of what technology could do, leading engineering teams of 40+ as a CTO and VP of Engineering across the augmented reality and blockchain industries, and shipping products used by millions of people every day. His research background is just as deep: he holds three patents in computer vision, has published research in AI, and won the O'Shaughnessy Ventures Grant for AI research along with Apple's WWDC Scholarship and Facebook's F8 Scholarship.
Akhil co-founded Neto to put that experience behind a problem worth solving: building the systems that make sure every customer interaction actually closes the loop, engineered so nothing gets dropped between the first touch and the resolution. He is a builder at heart, drawn to the hardest technical problems because they're where the most meaningful progress hides. With AI advancing by the day, he sees a rare window to build technology that keeps pace with it, and he's dedicated to making sure Neto's does.
Building alongside the best of us.
A small team of genuinely exceptional people, with leverage most operators and engineers never get to touch. If that sounds like your kind of room, we're hiring.
