The role
You will build the outbound pipeline that powers our growth: researching firms, running smart outbound, qualifying hard, and booking meetings for our AEs. It is a launchpad role. Hit your number, learn the craft, and there is a clear path toward closing.
What you will do
- Book about fifteen qualified meetings a month with law firms
- Run outbound across call, email, and LinkedIn that actually gets replies
- Qualify before you pass, and hand AEs clean, well-briefed opportunities
- Keep your activity and results tight in HubSpot
What you bring
- A year or more of outbound prospecting, or clear proof you can do it
- Consistency, resilience, and a competitive streak
- Sharp writing and a confident phone presence
- Bonus points for selling into legal or professional services
Compensation and location
- Base $40,000, on-target earnings about $66,500, with accelerators above target
- Meaningful early-stage equity
- Remote within the US, with a preference for the Phoenix or Scottsdale area
