About Neto
Neto builds AI voice agents for law firms. Our reception, intake, and follow-up agents answer every call, qualify every lead, and chase every opportunity around the clock, so a firm never lets a client fall through the cracks. We are an early-stage, founder-led company based in the Phoenix and Scottsdale area, growing on the strength of a product that pays for itself the first time it catches a call a firm would have missed.
The role
You will build the product for every customer: standing up each firm's voice agents through prompting, workflow programming, and API work, then running hypercare until the agent is stable in production. You own what you ship, including the hard escalations, and you will see your work go live and matter within days, not quarters. This is an in-person role with the team at our Scottsdale office.
What you will do
- Configure reception, intake, chase, and check-in agents to each firm's real processes
- Work across prompting, workflow logic, and API integrations to make the agent work in the real world
- Run the two-week hypercare period, then hand a clean agent to Customer Success
- Own tier-2 escalations on the agents you built, and ship about twelve clean a month
What you bring
- Strong prompting and LLM-application skills, plus comfort writing and debugging workflows
- Working API skills and the ability to read and write code
- Composure with customers and a knack for turning a messy process into a working system
- Bonus points for voice AI, agent frameworks, or telephony experience
Compensation and location
- Base $105,000 to $135,000, on-target earnings around $134,400 with the delivery incentive
- Meaningful early-stage equity, the real upside in this role
- In person at our Scottsdale, Arizona office
