The role
You will own a book of customers end to end after the sale: keeping them, growing them, and being the person they trust when they need help. It is a rare success role where you carry both a retention number and an expansion number, and the expansion upside is uncapped. You will work in person with the team at our Scottsdale office.
What you will do
- Own retention and expansion across a book of about seventy agents under management
- Grow accounts with more agents, upgrades, and committed usage tiers
- Handle tier-1 support and be the client's go-to contact
- Run business reviews and lead renewals
What you bring
- Two or more years in customer success, account management, or post-sales ownership in SaaS
- Comfort owning both retention and expansion targets
- Great relationship instincts with SMB and professional-services customers
- Enough technical fluency to handle front-line support
Compensation and location
- Base $63,750, on-target earnings $85,000, with uncapped expansion upside
- Meaningful early-stage equity
- In person at our Scottsdale, Arizona office
