Our reception, intake, and follow-up agents answer every call, qualify every lead, and chase every opportunity around the clock, so a firm never lets a client fall through the cracks. We are an early-stage, founder-led company based in the Phoenix and Scottsdale area, growing on the strength of a product that pays for itself the first time it catches a call a firm would have missed.
The role
You will own the full sales cycle with law firms, from first conversation to a signed client live on Neto's agents. This is a closing role with a real quota, uncapped commission, an SDR feeding you pipeline, and an engineering team that builds exactly what you sell. What you will do
- Run discovery and tailored demos that tie our agents to a firm's intake and follow-up gaps
- Own the cycle through proposal, negotiation, and close, then hand off cleanly to onboarding
- Carry a quota of about five new agents a month and forecast accurately in HubSpot
- Work hand in hand with your SDR and with the engineers who build each client's agents
What you bring
- Three or more years closing B2B SaaS or services, ideally to SMB or professional-services buyers
- A history of hitting quota and keeping a clean pipeline
- The ability to make a technical product simple for a non-technical buyer
- Bonus points for legal-tech, voice, or AI experience
Compensation and location
- Base $70,000, on-target earnings $140,000, with uncapped commission above target
- Meaningful early-stage equity
- Remote within the US, with a preference for the Phoenix or Scottsdale area
