Job Overview
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead and coordinate exciting projects across our engineering and product teams. You will be the bridge between technical execution and business objectives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with the highest quality. Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and close technical projects in alignment with company goals and timelines
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, design, QA, and product
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria
- Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies with proactive mitigation strategies
- Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives
- Communicate project status, milestones, and blockers to stakeholders
- Continuously improve project management processes and tools
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting
Qualifications
- Experience managing technical or software development projects
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Linear, Asana, etc.)
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- PMP or Agile certification is a plus
