Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Lead to spearhead our marketing efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and ensure a cohesive brand presence across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels
- Lead content marketing, email campaigns, social media, and paid advertising efforts
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI
- Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on messaging and positioning

- Oversee brand identity and ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
- Strong analytical skills with experience using marketing analytics tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
